Kimberly Baumhoer and her Team are GREAT! I knew I needed hearing aids, as I was missing out on so many conversations but was reluctant to getting them as I knew it was a big decision and expensive and wasn't sure who to go to. Thankfully for me, one of my friends recommended them to me. I dropped by their office one day, and was greeted by Lori, ( Assistant ) who was so nice and and she spent a lot of time talking to me about their hearing aids, and showing them to me. She also checked with my insurance carrier to see what benefits I qualified for and I was pleasantly surprised with what she found out. I made an appointment to come back to see Kimberly for a free consultation and hearing test. The hearing test was very thorough and my results showed I definitely needed hearing aids and the area of concern. Kimberly showed me the hearing aids she carried, and after inputting my hearing data, I tried a few of them. I was amazed at how much it helped and I made the decision to order them. When I came back to get them, Kimberly took a lot of time to teach me how to use them. She was so patient, helpful, and kind to me, and I felt I had a new friend who would always help me with questions anytime I had them. The quality of them are amazing. Being able to adjust the volume, and the hearing situations, such as one on-one, tv, outside on my phone is amazing and so easy to use. They are rechargeable, and are not very noticeable when wearing them. I am very happy I got the hearing aids from Kimberly @ Hearing Aid Consultants and would recommend them to you also!

I have been so impressed with Kim and Lori! I knew I couldn’t hear well - but WOW! The hearing aids they selected are awesome! They respond immediately if I have a problem - only one so far and figured out it was daughters car - not my hearing aids! Bonus!! I lose my phone all of the time (seriously) and I learned when my husband/kids do find my phone or call it was going to hearing aids / yikes - I told Kim and she actually programmed my hearing aids so that I can tap them twice and ask where my phone is and it alerts at the phone! Amazing! Thank you Kim & Lori I recommend you highly!

Lori and Dr. Kim are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable. She took a lot of time to listen to my hearing issues. She explained my hearing evaluation well. My hearing aids were reprogrammed and Dr Kim adjusted them to my preferred sound and tones for me to have a comfortable hearing. I highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone who have hearing problems.
