Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist

Kimberly Kay Baumhoer, Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist and Owner, has been in the industry–and with Hearing Aid Consultants–for over 26 years. Originally from Argyle, Missouri, she has now worked in the Jefferson City community for 29 years. A graduate of Linn Technical College with a special interest in computers, she began using those skills to help advance the business and eventually became certified as a Repair Technician and Hearing Instrument Specialist. Her favorite part about working in this industry is helping people hear better. To her, patients become family, so she treats them like family.

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys camping, fishing and hunting. She also loves to cheer for the Kansas City Chiefs! She and her husband, Glen, have four sons, two daughters-in-law, two granddaughters, one grandson and another grandchild on the way in November.

She is currently a member of the Missouri Hearing Society.

Lori Baumhoer, Missouri Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, is a 2011 graduate of Lincoln University with her Bachelors degree in Wellness and Minor in Sociology. Since graduation, she has spent her years working primarily as a Wellness Director in senior living communities around the state. Her passion in life is helping individuals and promoting health aging. Her favorite part of working in this industry is serving individuals with their hearing needs and explaining hearing loss as it relates to lifestyle. She is thrilled to bring her passion and enthusiasm to an exciting new career and assist with the family business.

In her spare time, Lori enjoys running, biking, crafting, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Brandon, have a daughter and son who keep them on the move.
