I am so impressed and happy with my experience at Hearing Air Consultant's. I had no idea how they worked or how to insert them in my rars properly. They have been so patient and caring with me. Even after having issues with inserting the left aide due to a strike that paralyzed my left side. With their care and patience. I’m am now able to insert both hearing aides in Les than 5 minutes. I actually look forward to wearing them now. I can answer my cell phone with them and talk. I can highly recommend this business and the excellent service they provide. I can promise you will receive excellent service and incredible products from them.

I had gone to a hearing exam at a local hospital. I was found to have a hearing loss but they would not take my (state) retirement insurance. So I went to Hearing Aide Consultants. The exam results were almost identical to the exam at the hospital And they accepted my insurance! Lori was very thorough and professional. And kind. I will definitely continue to go to this provider.

I had a very great time. The two people that helps me today was very very nice kind very helpful. They also help me find hearing aids today in my price. They help me fill out my paperwork because I was also visually impaired, and they also helped me by finding the right hearing aids in my price. They show me how they’ll be used. This told me how everything will get set up once I get the hearing aids and they’re very patient and they also showing me my results with my hearing and I will go back there and I recommend it for anybody else. Like to get their hearing done, I will recommend them going to hearing consultants

I recently visited Hearing Aid Consultants to get my current device repaired and was received warmly by Baya, their very pleasant receptionist/tech assistant. Despite best efforts, the aid was declared “dead” and needed replacement. To this end I scheduled a later appointment. I showed up for said appointment and was started off with an ear cleaning by a specialist named Lori which was expertly done and with a very gentle touch. Then hearing tests were done to confirm my hearing loss. About this let me say that I really appreciated Lori’s explanation of the results which she made very understandable. We then talked about different devices and ordered them. Though some difficulties did happen with the ordering process, all was resolved easily. I look forward to my new aids and future dealings with Baya, Lori and Kim, otherwise known as Hearing Aid Consultants.

Months ago, I called several hearing aid providers in Jefferson City trying to find help for my senior friend who was having issues with his current provider. Hearing Aid Consultants immediately stood out — they listened carefully, took detailed notes, and assured me they could help. At the time, we didn’t end up visiting because my friend’s current provider had already sent his hearing aids to the manufacturer. Fast forward to today — months later — when my friend had another issue with one of his aids. I called Hearing Aid Consultants again, and to my surprise, they remembered our call from earlier this year and still had the notes on file! They were able to schedule him for the very next business day. My friend said the entire team was friendly, fast, professional, and incredibly helpful. What impressed him most was their professionalism and kindness — and he was shocked (in a good way!) that they didn’t even charge him for the visit. He’s already booked a cleaning for the end of the year and hasn’t stopped singing their praises since. A special thank-you to Laurie, who was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy. Even though I wasn’t the one at the appointment, I can confidently say this team truly cares about their patients. I 100% recommend Hearing Aid Consultants in Jefferson City to anyone who needs hearing aid services or support. They’ve earned every bit of this five-star review!
